Why Attend Traffic School?

The freedom of being able to drive anywhere in Florida is a privilege. For many people in the State of Florida driving is the only means of commuting to and from work and home daily. It is an unfortunate situation to get pulled over and issued a traffic ticket. Usually a traffic ticket means fines, increase of insurance rates, and points added to your Florida License. Fortunately the option of attending a traffic school is available in Florida. A person can elect to attend traffic school up to five times every 10 years (F.S. 318.14), and once in a twelve month period. By attending a Florida Traffic School Basic Driver Improvement course points may not be added to your driver license record, adjudication of guilt is withheld, safe driver status is maintained if applicable, and the fine is reduced up to 18%. If possible it is always the best option to attend Florida Traffic School.
