Purpose of Florida Alcohol Sales Training
Alcohol Sales Training is designed for persons charged with the offense of selling, giving, or serving alcoholic beverages, to a minor or a person under 21 years of age.
The alcohol sales training course meets the requirement of the Orange County Florida Pretrial Diversion Program for persons charged with the aforementioned offense.
MAY BE COURT ORDERED.
Florida Alcohol Sales Training Goal
The goal of the Alcohol sales training course is to educate retail sellers of alcoholic beverages of the ramifications of selling alcohol to minors and underage drinkers.

- How to protect both the individual and the establishment they work for from liability.
- How alcohol affects customers.
- How to recognize the effects of alcohol.
- How to prevent illegal sales to minors and underage individuals.
- How to prevent and deal with disturbances.
- How to accurately check an I. D. to recognize underage persons.
- How to prevent second party sales and loitering.
