The Florida Safety Council offers both basic and experienced rider training courses. Class sessions are held in classes and on riding ranges throughout Central Florida. Our Motorcycle Training Division offers online registration for our Basic Rider courses. An interactive registration map is now available to help you pick the best location for your Basic Rider Course.With our motorcycle training courses you can obtain a Florida Drivers' License motorcycle endorsement, reduce motorcycle insurance rates, renew old skills and learn new ones all while having a great time.

The Florida Safety Council motorcycle school offers multiple
motorcycle training courses to meet your needs. Our two popular motorcycle training courses are the Basic Rider Course and Experienced Rider Course. Both of these motorcycle training classes are designed to instill a mental attitude, which fosters safe motorcycle riding, and teaches students effective motorcycle riding skills. All our motorcycle courses are approved by the State of Florida, and are taught by energetic Florida State certified rider coaches. Both motorcycle rider courses meet Florida DHSMV requirements for
license endorsement. Completion of the basic motorcycle training course waives any further DHSMV testing, and satisfies all DHSMV requirements for a Florida motorcycle endorsement. The Experienced Rider Course is designed to refresh proper safety and
riding skills, and is available only to groups of six (6) or more. The motorcycle training classes are held in friendly, small and interactive group sessions. The motorcycle training course is broken into two parts, classroom portion and riding range for hands on practice and learning. Riding ranges are
located in: Brevard, Indian River, Orange, and Seminole Counties. We now offer you the convenience of online registration for motorcycle classes. Registering for a motorcycle training course online is quick and hassle free.
Basic Motorcycle Rider Course with Scooters
If you are interested in doing something fun and exciting, our motorcycle training will now include a scooter version of our Basic Motorcycle Rider Course. If you have been thinking about purchasing a scooter and would like to learn to ride it, while earning your Florida motorcycle endorsement, contact our motorcycle training department for more details

Do you need your motorcycle license endorsement?
Due to changes in Florida law, effective July 1st 2008, The Florida Safety Council will no longer offer Motorcycle Endorsement testing. If you are interested in earning a motorcycle endorsement, we offer an exciting and interactive Basic Rider Course. After successfully completing the Basic Rider Course you will be eligible to receive a motorcycle endorsement on your Florida driver’s license.
